SVS Remote
I found out that by using Sysinternals Psexec tool, I was able to control SVS on a remote computer by sending commands to SVSCMD such as:
activating, deactivating, resetting and so on.
To make these tasks easier I built a GUI around this.
Basically, it is the same as the "Software Virtualization Admin" but for remote machines.
No help file is provided, since it's so simple to use.
Just type a remote computer name and click retrieve to get the remote SVS packages.
Then, right click on a package to perform an action.
You can download the SVS Remote tool here:
You can download Psexec.exe here:

The tool is running on .NET framework 2.0
Of course, your comments are more then welcome.
Good for a Help Desk.
This tool is a good idea for help desks.
If your helpdesk does not have admin rights they are out of luck.
It would be nice to be able to remotely enumerate the layers and show properties without needed the admin rights.
PSEXEC locks you in to need admin rights since it connects to the Admin$ but it's still a good tool.
You could then prompt for the rights when they were needed so they could be passed for things like activation. You could also add an option for a remote import.
Good start!

Really interesting
Really interesting application for the Psexec tool, sometime I see in the Sysinternal something interesting but this one is a real good application that use this particular tool.
Thanks.

Request for sourcecommands
This is a very cool concept. I like the gui too. Can you provide your psexec commands? I would like to build something like for my help desk. Just need a bump in the right direction.
Thanks
I add an additional comment
I add an additional comment just to mention your interesting website full of nice tools.

Nice tool
K00tje,
The tool you placed is very interesting for small companies with no more than 10 to 20 PCs.
Companies who have more PCs should use tools with more advanced options.
Still it's a good tool to work with.
