The "SymbatchSEP" utility to collect system data

The "SymbatchSEP" utility is used to collect the entire system data related to Symantec Endpoint Protection.

Download the tool to your desktop.
Execute the tool by double clicking SymBatchSEP.exe

Follow the On-Screen Prompts.
(If prompted to terminate the batch job, select N for "No.")

Once the utility is finished, a popup message will list the location of the file.
The default location is C:\Symtemp\.zip

If you have a password for the SMC service the tool would prompt for the password.

In the zip file you need to open the temp folder and the required files are
IIS_Logs
LU_Logs
MSI_Logs
SEP_Logs
