Transform Combiner

This is a script to add MST transforms together.

Usage:
TransformCombiner.VBS MSI MST1 MST2 [MST3] .. [MSTn]

Alternative Usage:

1. Select the MSI and the MSTs in explorer.
2. Drag the MSI onto TransformCombiner.VBS while still having the MSTs selected.

Implications:
Using the script, different people can work on a package together.

Different ICE rules can be fixed in different files.

Makes it possible to try things out before adding to the main MST.
