TreeSize Free, the Disk Space Analyzer
Treesize Free is a powerful freeware utility to view the space usage on your hard drive. This tool makes easy to investigate why is decreasing the disk space available in a computer or a file server. In fact, using Treesize Free you can immediately see which folders and subfolders are taking up the most hard disk space.
Just execute this tool from the Start menu or right click on a specific folders, then scan the hard drive or folders and see all folders and subfolders in Explorer-like style and you will have to full information about the size of every subfolder.

- Unzip the Tree Size.ZIP file

Thanks for your comments, @Vikram I didn't know Space Monger, I will try it. WindDirstat is a nice tool that shows space allocation using treemaps. Personally I prefer the TreeSize for the tree graphical folder list. In any case thanks both you for interesting information.

Nice utility. it is a little difficult to find such tool in the Internet for free. Yours seems to provide interesting and detailed infos about the Hard disk. I have it on my Windows 7 and seems to work flawlessly. Thanks
