Wondering if anyone has come across this before. I have a lot of machines running different versions of Java and I'd like to get them all up to date using Ptach Managament. When I run a compliance report many computers that are currently running an older version of Java such as Java 7u80 are not showing as requiring one of the Java 8 patches.  We have some users they do not know how to go to use the survey from Altiris Servicedesk, please see attachment. Is there a way to send the user a survey for the ticket without having to go through all of thest steps (more user friendly)? How many days of survey they allow the users to take the survey? We've had some instances where a support technician has mistakenly queued the entire company in the root of a software delivery policy.  Can we have a warning option added into the policy where we have the ability to throw a pop up warning if the amount of computers targeted is larger than the warning number specified in the policy? In 7.5 or 7.6 the quick apply option within the Software Delivery Policy was changed from filters to targets and you can no longer search right from the quick apply.  There is no longer a way to quickly target a filter as you now have to use the target builder to target a filter.  This used to be a great feature that me and my team miss.
