Hard one to diagnose when the link works fine for me (just tried it).

You're not the only one...the entire web site is slow + no one seems to actually try being the customer...

- Every single time I want to create a support case, I have to fill out a "one time only" form...
- If I download any large segmented file from the Symantec site (Backup Exec etc.), there is a batch file which is supposed to merge them. But...the files are renamed when downloaded (MSIE9+10), so the script has to be manually edited.
- The entire site is slow, no matter what ISP is used.
- Saved logins are usually not written to long-life cookies (we have to log in almost every day).

Can't say I've noticed any performance issues either at work or at home, but I'm in the UK so maybe we have higher ISP performance?  Could this be a local issue in your territory?

The Symantec logins expire after about a week, but you will also find that if you login on another machine, this cancels your login token on any previous machine, or at least that's what I've found.  That's down to Symantec re-using some ancient piece of login technology instead of writing something fit for purpose.
