Are you familiar with PGP/SED signature files?  I haven't downloaded the installation package for some time, but would expect it to still include a file with a .sig extension.  This would be the signature file made by Symantec to verify that the installation package has not been altered in anyway (probably now using the more secure SHA2 hash).  With PGP installed, you can double click the .sig file to make sure that it varifies the installation file

As Tom remarks, we apply a PGP signature to the .zip file that contains the installer .exe.

The .exe itself is not currently signed but we will do that in a future release.
