Terrible Support
I am wondering if anyone out there is experiencing the same terrible support from Allscripts as my office. I have never experienced anything like this before in my life. You pay for monthly support but no one will assist you. I have had cases opened for over a month and is unable to get them resolved. I will definately not recommend this company to anyone. Bad reviews spread faster than good reviews. I will keep the word going.
