   Im looking to bring in two or three other individuals from my company, My Group Manager, My IT Manager and a peer of mine that is new to the project. First, is this permitted? Do they need their own acount? Can I add them to mine? Please let me know the best option. Thanks!

Yes - we're asking everyone who is planning to attend to register for the meeting so we have an accurate headcount to order food, create name tags, provide materials, etc.

Yes - this is the registration page! :-)
There is a link above at the bottom of the meeting description that says

"Sign up for Altiris Boston User Group Meeting - October 14"

You click on that to regiser and fill in the requested information (name, phone number, etc).

I show you have registered so you must have gone through that process. 

So...just give your colleagues th url for this page we are currently on which is:

https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/events/altiris-boston-user-group-meeting-october-14

And let them know (after logging in of course) to click on

"Sign up for Altiris Boston User Group Meeting - October 14"
