This meeting will feature a presentation on ServiceDesk 7.0 by Symantec Systems Engineer, Alex Wilson. ServiceDesk is a powerful ITIL-based incident, problem, change, release, and knowledge management tool that is designed for fast implementation, easy integration, drag-and-drop customization and optimization of IT processes.

Thanks ,my name is LIM BIN MIR,just call me LIM,i dont have a company but i worked on an agency federal goverment just for social job..help someone who in drug addict..this company known as National Antidrugs Agency(NADA)...I am just using the basic Norton Antivirus..I cant join that meeting but i will willing to share the idea,disscuss,and tell that have a new virus made in my country..there is many people in my country create new worm every week i guest..oh and i am so sorry i cant join that meeting that time i work in office..thanks if u accept me to join you group..
