BCI VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS - Business Continuity in the Supply Chain
The BCI has developed a series of Workshops, for members and non-members, which take an in depth look at subjects that are of particular current relevance to business continuity practitioners. Each Workshop brings together BCM practitioners in a way they can work together to share thoughts and experiences helping to find methods to tackle and solve problems. Their views are captured and recorded to produce a highly valuable Workshop Report.
This workshop discusses the challenges of working with suppliers to lower risk and, where possible, ensure continuity of an organisations business when a supplier gets hit with a crisis. It will provide a timely insight into the value of establishing strong working relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure resilience and continuity of service; so important in this highly competitive world. Using sharply focused case studies it will provide delegates with a comprehensive overview of the key steps to enhancing resilience standards with critical suppliers and encouraging them to adopt Business Continuity Management best practice through greater collaboration no matter where they are located in the world.
