This webinar covers the recent Protocol released by the Administrative Office/Department of Justice Joint Working Group on Electronic Technology (JETWG). They have developed a recommended ESI protocol for use in federal criminal cases. Entitled "Recommendations for Electronically Stored Information (ESI) Discovery Production in Federal Criminal Cases", it is the product of a much needed collaborative effort between representatives from the Defender Services program and the DOJ.
