Ian_C. It appears that you can still register to receive notification when the recording is available.

I don't know that I've had made a 4am session either.

Please see the questions from the webcast below, with answers. Feel free to post any additional questions here as well.

Q: Are these data sets recreated every time a new report is done or do they remain?
A: In the examples we walked through during the demo, embedded datasets were used. These are created each time a report is developed. However, there was an option to use a shared dataset. If we had previously created that data set, we could have used it on our report as well as others, so if there is a data set you know you will use again you do have the ability to save that out and reuse it, similar to the data sources as well.
Q:

How will the recorded meeting be sent to participants, and in what format?

A: You can access the recorded meeting here: http://www.symantec.com/offer?a_id=152702.
Q: RE Patch Management... We have computer OG's.  Within each OG, patch admins create software update policies.  We are unable to create a report based on each OG's vulnerability status.
A:

You can indeed through the Patch Management cube. Please see the screenshot below:

Q: How complicated would be publishing ITA reports on COIN (corporate intranet), which actually is on SharePoint Server?
A:

Publishing reports to a SharePoint server is fairly straight forward, it depends on which version of SharePoint you are using though. If you have SharePoint Enterprise version then we’d recommend doing it through Performance Point.  For Sharepoint Foundation and SharePoint Standard, you could just publish links to the SQL Reporting Services reports. Keep an eye out on Connect, I'll have an article coming soon that walks you through the process.

Q: Can you create reports on policies? For example, a report that shows the status of each update within each enabled policy. I want to be able to see which policies for patch management have updates that are not enabled.
A:

By default, policy information is not in the Patch Management cube, however you can get fairly close to this based on what is mocked up in the screenshot below. That will at least show which updates are not enabled for the number of vulnerable computers.

This is certainly an enhancement request I will take to our product team. Since policy information does reside in the Symantec CMDB, you could build a SQL Reporting Services report that would be somewhat similar to the process followed in this article. Just use the dbo.vPMCore_SoftwareUpdatePolicyAppliesTo view as this should have most of the information you are looking for. Please feel free to contact me directly if that doesn't help.
