Is there a possibility of moving the user group to the earlier timeframe which we have used before: 11:00 - 2:00 ?

If we are not out of Portland before 2:30 we will be stuck in traffic for a very long time on a Friday night.

Hi Greg,

Unfortunately not. Due to the Symantec office in Beaverton that we usually try to have this User Group meeting at is closing we had to look for an alternate location. 12:00 to 4:00 was the only time frame we could secure a conference room for this location.

My apologies for the inconvenience this will cause. In the future we will make sure to secure a conference room more in advance in order to get the best possible time slot.

Thank you,

Hello Greg,

I would like to also apologize for the time-frame. With such short notice that is the best we could do for the room. I believe that we are going to try and cover most of the material from SMP 7.5 in the very beginning so if you or anyone else needs to leave earlier due to traffic we all will understand. We will do our best to plan accordingly for the next meeting so that we can try and get back to our normal meeting hours.

Thank you,

Robert Klingsporn
