San Diego Storage and High Availability User Group Meeting - August 6
Our next San Diego Storage & High Availability User Group meeting is on Thursday, August 6 from 9:30am to 1:00pm.
We are excited to announce our special guest is Jiwon Youm from Symantec Product Management. Jiwon will be presenting on using Disaster Recovery Advisor - a comprehensive high availability and disaster recovery monitoring and analysis solution which automatically scans the data center to detect thousands of HA/DR risks and vulnerabilities.
We will also have the pleasure of hearing Qualcomm discuss their use of Storage Foundation High Availability and Veritas Cluster Server.

Hello fellow IT workers!
I'm looking forward to seeing everyone at this meeting in August. Qualcomm has been heavy users of VxVM, VxFS, and VCS for many years. Our UNIX Infrastructure team lead by Jin Sung will be presenting. Also on the agenda is a Symantec presentation on their DRA product. Disaster Recovery Advisor helps identify operational gaps in your HA/DR configuration so that your availability plans work when you need them most.
Of course we'll have a free lunch and prizes for those in attendance!
