I'm not really getting a

I'm not really getting a commitment from our Service Desk guy, so if we still want to discuss this at the next meeting we may need to rely on a Symantec guy for the presentation.

As far as other topics go, I know that we're rather interesting in the DS roadmap at the moment.  The 7.1 SP2 beta that's coming up looks very promising and may get us to switch away from DS 6.9 for imaging.  Everytime we've tried to implement 7.1 for imaging we've run into an issue or missing feature that makes us all want to hold off.  That may change soon.

DS Roadmap

I agree on the DS roadmap, would be nice to see.

Service Desk would still be nice, if not this time around, perhaps next time?
