If we wanted the 0-day protection on servers what applications must be installed on clients and what policy must be active? Since Truscan is not compatible with Windows Servers will it still be enabled with the following application and policies?

    For example:

    Antivirus & Antispyware
    Network Protection

    Policy:
    Antivirus enabled
    Intrusion detection enabled
    Firewall enabled

Yes it will be installed with Antivirus and Antispyware
it is called BloodHound Heuristics -it is set to default level so if you don't have PTP would recommend to increase the sensitivity of BloodHound Detection.
Even Network Threat Protection Will protect you from 0-day threats with its Intrusion Prevention System.
That will block all known types of attacks will will block the ability of a hacker to inject/drop a virus on your computer.
