Hi

If you are seeing 1 active job running but in backup restore console you don't see on any server job is going then go to devices and check your disk storage activity what is it status is it in use or it is ideal

Also apart form disk storage if you have got dedup folder or tape check it activity too and see it state

For the device on which you see activity ,double click on it to see what it is doing in jobs pane of it on right hand side.

Else restart the services once and that running job should be stopped
