1) Suddenly cannot open SEPM console due to Unable to connect to the database

Hi Guys,

Once again I am here with my query.

Please help me in this issue, I was able to login in my sepm in the morning but now I am not able to login,  ''getting error unable to connect to database.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Hi,

Check SEPM database services are running or not ?

try to restart sepm releated service

Is the SEPM service started?

try to restarted SEPM database service..

please upload the scm-server-0.log and catalina.out file from \program files\Symantec\symantec endpoint protection manager\tomcat\logs

What does the "(sem5.log) consumes excessive hard drive space in SEP SBE 12.1 RU1" issue has to do with the problem albertdc reported here?

Hi, 

Albert is not able to login on his SEPM getting error  unable to connect to database.

So there is an issue with sepm embeded services and manager is not starting.

Please let me know is there space available on SEPM server or not.

Ambesh yea i chked and there is no space in sepm , ill also check the above article and will try to resolve it , thnx for your reply
