Were the keyring files in a location other than the normal "My Documents\PGP\" folder in the original installation?

Do the keys show up in your Symantec Encryption Desktop under the Keys section?

Is this a standalone installation or managed environment?  If managed, what key mode are you using?

    thanks for help.

yeah, the keyring files always locationed in"My documetnts\pgp" folder, when i had restored, the keys showed up under the keys section, and i added it to the"all keys" as master key.

    it's a standalone installation,Version: Encryption Desktop 10.3.2 (Build 15238)

    Hi, fanxinwuyou

On your key list there is "Unknown Signer, Key ID is 0xCA57A............ which is a private subkey/signing key which potentialy was used to decrypt files in your previous PGP.  Currently is missing. The only signing key which is valid is the one with 0xA7437EFC. Without having a full backup/restored of the key ID 0xCA57A.... you will not be able to decrypt old files.
