11D 7170 Service Packs

I'm trying to install SP3 for my 11D 7170 installation. However, when I run the update I get the following error:
V-225-136: The patch failed to install. Return code: 1602
It seems like the resolution is to install SP1 first, however I can find the download anywhere. Can someone provide me with the link to download SP1?

From "Product Version" drop-down menu, select "11.0 7170 SP1"
I can also not find 11D 7170
I can also not find 11D 7170 Service Pack 1. I can only find Service Packs 3 & 4 which will not install because Service Pack 1 is not installed.
Please help.

i seem to remember this when SP3 first came out. I thought that Symantec had updated both SP3 and SP4 to not require SP1\
I'd say that you need to call Suport on this one :-(
