We've got SEP 12.1.5337.5000. It's antivurs and firewall. That's the latest version as far as I know.
What's 12.1.671.4971? That's been out since 2013 from what I'm seeing. Is that an all-in-one software management system, also called SEP?
That is the very first version of 12.1. It's SEP 12.1, just an old version :)

What's the RU vs. RTM part mean?
RTM - Release To Manufacturing
MR - Maintenance Release (replaced by RU)
RU - Release Update
MP - Maintenance Patch
PP - Point Patch
RTM is release to manufacturing (initial release), RU is release update (major update)
