Well here we go again.
New backup server win 2k8 R2 64bit, backup exec 2010, email server is an exchange 2k3 in windows 2k3 server.
When restoring emails from a GRT backup to disk, all bodies are blank. no errors in the backup or restore.
Been talking with tech support and is a known problem.
This is the same problem they had in 11, 12 and 12.5.
I love to be a beta tester but not in a production environment.
I have to move back to 12.5
Thanks for wasting my time with still another product that does not work!!!!
