Symantec Management Platform (Notification Server)

Colleagues!

Installation of Symantec Management Platform 7.1 SP2 MP1 end with errors.
SMP 7.1 is required for System Recovery 2013 Management Solution.
OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Std SP1 x64, SQL Express 2008 x64, valid SSL Certificates.
I see (404) Not Found error for NSConfigurationWebServiceProxy web service url in SIM log:

Do you have a solution?

Try the following solutions:

Unfortunately, both solutions does not worked for me.
Site is already configured for ASP.NET 2.
Installation with another administrator does not worked too.

I'll try to roll back the OS from 2008 R2 -> clean 2008 x64

You can only install the SMP onto 2008 R2 (there is only a x64 version of R2), so please do not waste your time trying to install it onto 2008 x64.

I do not choose "configure e-mail notifications" checkmark during installation.
Could it be the reason of 404 error?
