    Hi all,

     

    I am having this problem most of the time. I was told I could do a Telnet test from SBG to the remote host for MX record. May I know how to do so?

    You would need to open a PuTTY session from your SBG server to the remote host.  Open PuTTY and connect to your SBG server.  Log in to the SBG server with your "Admin" login and password.  Then do telnet "remote host" 25.  If successful, you will be connected to the remote host.
