    Hi All,

    I'm a new of Symantec Messaging Gateway.

    There is on my appliance, an email pending. It is not sent to destination, reporting this error:

    Attempted Delivery to: XX.YYY.IT Monday, Jan 19, 2015 06:48:19 AM CET  451 4.3.5 server configuration problem 

    All other email are fine, no other errors. So I suppose that the problem in on the destination side.

    I'm right ?? There is something that I can do from my side ?

    That's correct. When your Messaging Gateway tried to deliver the email to their mail servers, that is the response your SMG was given. There is nothing more that you can do besides calling them or emailing their IT department.
