we have this error when sending to some domains
What can we do to eliminate this blockade?

You should find that those two IP's will be able to send without issue in aproximately an hour.

Hi, I am facing the same issue, when trying to send email to goshawk.aero domain, emails leave but never arrive with no return message,

This is from my new server whch has the following IPS, 141.105.65.24, 141.105.65.44 @ DATAMATICSUK.COM Domain

Hello there,

Need help.....my email bounces back from 3 domains while rest of emails are without problem.

I purchased Norton security even if my laptop has already antirus. I also bought SSL Certificates as I was told to do so. problem still exit.

Anyways, email bounced back with the following messages and website goes to symantec cloud.

1. Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 501 Connection rejected by policy [7.7] 9603, please visit www.messagelabs.com/support for more details about this error message.

2. Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 501 Connection rejected by policy [7.7] 8107, please visit www.messagelabs.com/support for more details about this error message.

 3. Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 5.7.1 You are not allowed to connect.

My IP address is: 107.180.51.82  

Thanks to help and solve the problem as I'm using temporary yahoo email address (unprofessional) just to communicate with clients and I don't want to lose business.
