    Hello.

    We had an email server moved over the weekend to a new setup and some email are being rejected with the "501 Connection Rejected" error.

    IPs: 64.191.166.60 & 64.191.166.61

    Hello, 

    I've submitted a request to have restrictions removed from both of your IPs. Block should be lifted within 24 hours.

    Please don't take this the wrong way.

    Still being blocked.

    I realize you mentioned 24 hours, but I have seen many other complaints like this in these forums where the resolution said "should be good within the hour" or pehaps 2 hours.

    Any way to speed this up? Thank you very much. Customer of yours (I can only assume) is very aggitated.

    Additional info from latest bounced/failed attempt:

       host cluster5.us.messagelabs.com [216.82.250.99]
        SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
        501 Connection rejected by policy [7.7] 12616, please visit www.messagelabs.com/support for more details about this error message.

    Hello, this is done block lifted. Changes may take 15 minutes to propagate.
