    Hello.

    We had an email server moved over the weekend to a new setup and some email are being rejected with the "501 Connection Rejected" error.

    IP: 198.136.59.226

    I responded to an older post of yours. We reviewed the IP and you should no longer have any issues connecting to our infrastructure.

    hello,

    i get right now the same error:

    501 Connection rejected by policy [7.7] 16911

    501 Connection rejected by policy [7.7] 3308

     

    Ip: 89.31.137.173

     

    can someone help?

    Hi th17,

     

    Your IP isn't listed on any public block lists - if you're still having the problem, it's likely your IP is still listed on an internal blocklist at Symantec.

     

    If you give the .cloud support guys a call - they will be able to clarify and get this removed for you if needed.
