  • 1.  503: Service unavailable when registering license

    Hi all,

    I'm trying to register a new license on SMG because it expired. I've been trying for around three weeks and I keep getting 503. I checked that I can ping the SMG servers and telnet 443 to register.brightmail.com from the SMG linux box. Any ideas?

    You should really open a support ticket so we can look at the license file and get a packet capture to determine what the 503 error is.
