Hi,

This problem is Exhange 2010 mail server send to new mail and attach to file. Mail attache file name is TRC_Exchange 2010SP1 Tasarım ve Kurulum.pdf.

Bright mail not accept to mail reply to 554 5.5.2 Invalid data in message.

This pdf file sent to hotmail and yahoo mail accept to symantec bright mail. No problem.

This file name turkish character - ı - change to  - i - and sent to EXC2010 sent to mail symantec bm accept it.

Update to Symantec Bright Mail 8.0.3 versiyon new version 9.5 the problem still continues. :( 

How to change symantec bright mail this Turkish caharacter accepted to mail.
