    Few question

    What is the problem occuring?

Have those system reflected online on Server?

    What the last updated defintiion?

    Check the thread

    https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/win-7-x64-clients-are-not-updating-definitions

    Try below step

Perhaps your 64-bit content is corrupted on your SEPM. You can check this under Admin > Server > Local Site >Show LiveUpdate Downloads by comparing the timestamps of 32-bit and 64-bit content.

If there is a difference, have a look at this article:

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager 11.x is not updating 32 or 64 bit virus definitions

is your clients configured to get updates from SEPM or directly using internet?

whats your complete version number of SEPM?

    Hi,

Need to isolate issue whether it does persist on SEPM end or at SEP client end?

If all the 64 bit SEP clients are not updating then probably problem might be at SEPM end.

If only few of them are not updating then definitions might have corrupted on those clients.

Try to Rx4Defs tool on non updated machine and check it makes any difference.

    Hi,

How to determine if virus definitions of Symantec Endpoint Protection client (SEP) 11 or 12 Small Business Edition, are corrupted

    http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH97677

If you think definitions are corrupted follow this article

How to clear out corrupted definitions for a Symantec Endpoint Protection client manually

    http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH103176

You can get the Rx4Defs tool by calling Symantec support.
