6.9 PXE linux Rdeploy not running

Created: 29 Apr 2013 | 4 comments

I am trying to create upload an image using Rdeploy with PXE Linux. It boots up correctly via TFTP and gets to the prompt and then reboots again after a minute or so. I am attaching a screen grab. So it looks the step where rdeploy is supposed to be invoked is not happening. This used to work before but there is a possibility that I might have disabled it. I am looking for some direction as to where to look to see if any changes in our environment is preventing it from happening.

It doesn't look like the eXpress share is being mounted. Unless you are mounting separate shares or mounting the express share manually?

I can confirm it is mounted doing a df

Filesystem           1K-blocks      Used Available Use% Mounted on
rootfs                   31729     29082      2647  92% /
/dev/root                31729     29082      2647  92% /

Well that's a good sign.

Can you try running a wait job/option for that particular Automation Selection (LinuxPE 32 or 64) then manually running the rdeployt commands.

I was able to manually run the redployt command uploading an image.
