  • 1.  7.1 Reboot to Production Failed

    Hello, our 7.1 environment has suddenly stopped running the Reboot To Production Task.

    It gives us the ever helpful "Failed" error to use to troubleshoot.

    This is being sent to a Windows 7 x64 Pro computer, and had been working fine for the last three weeks.

    Has anyone else had this and found a resolution?

    Hi,

    is there anything inside the logs on the client?

    Just to clarify: the client resides in PreBoot Environment? The "reboot to production" task is only working for clients in automation. If the client should be restarted in production you need the power task.
