Hi Vanyun,
Retrn Code = 0 means that this particular patch was installed correctly, at least vendor (Adobe) thinks so. To troubleshoot the issue further, I would propose the following steps:
0. Try to locate similar problem in http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=HOWTO54657
1. Locate Update binary on Client. It can be found in C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\Agents\SoftwareManagement\Software Delivery\{PACKAGE_ID}\Cache. (PACKAGE_ID can be retrieved on Client, double clicking on Update -> Details Tab, Package ID)
2. Check the actual binary version, compare it with the version, provided in Update Details on NS.
3. Check that software update is actually installed on client - in Add/Remove programs.
4. If Software is actually installed in Add/Remove programs, then please check, why it is not detected as Installed by Patch Management:
a) Go To 'C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\Agents\SoftwareManagement\Software Delivery\{6D417916-467C-46A7-A870-6D86D9345B61}\cache', open STPatchAssessment.xml
b) Locate Name of Bulletin there 'AFP10-3187' and reason, why it is missing. It will be something like: Reason="File version is less than expected. [FILE_NAME < X.X.XXXXX.XXXX]". You can also refer to STPatchAssessment.log for additional details.
c) That could give a clue why the update is not reported as installed. Anyway, even if there is nothing suspicios - attach them here.
5. In case software not reported as installed in Add/Remove programs, try to manually execute the binary from 1. - maybe it will give any information in verbose mode, about why it was not installed.
Please, let me know, if it helps.
Best regards,
Serge
