Just curious if anyone has insight as to what HTML exactly can be used in the email templates. I tried bringing in some simple tables that we used in 7.1 and they fail to render at all. Are we tied to only the elements in the editor or are there is there other HTML that can be used?

Can't say for sure as our emails are fairly basic, but the small amount of html we have in them have rendered ok. One of them does have a table which appeared correctly when I received it in my inbox and appears correct in the template editor. I can't recall how I built the template, but I imagine I entered the html directly in the source tab, as I do that a lot.

I'll tell you what, it wasn't working the other day, no matter what I did but today it looks as though the darn thing is. The table tags, the background colors, all of it are now working as I would expect. I either had a bad errant tag in my HTML or it was just a bad day!
