This error keeps coming up on schedualed jobs
even if jobs are deleted and resubmited

Following steps might help you to resolve the issue:



1) Please download and install the latest version 2.8 of the Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) from the Microsoft Website. (Available at the time of writing)

Try to repair the Backup Exec application. This will replace the corrupted files.
