Abnormally Large Deleted Items and Manually Repaired in Reports

This issue has been solved. See solution.
For the last 2 weeks our reports have shown some strangely large numbers in our action Summary:

Our reports prior to about 2 weeks ago had some numbers like:

I haven't been too concerned as our newly infcted numbers really haven't fluctuated. Anyone know what's going on?

Check the logs and check what file is getting detected it can be due to this issue on 1 or few computers

Create a comprehensive risk
Create a comprehensive risk report from Reports---->risk----> comprehensive risk report
It will give you the information about the PC which is having more virus detections.
Scan that PC in safe mode with latest definitions.Also assure that the PCs are well patched.
