    Hi everyone!

For some reason, certain domain can't pass the Anti.Spam. It's on the white list but still can't pass.

I had notice that, only the one with "(none)" on the Original Subject are rejected.

It's not that we are rejecting the messages, this issue is that we don't fully get the message from them. This is usually due to a poor connection between the mail servers or some kind of firewall interference. Please see our documentation for this: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH85536

TSE, we still have the problem. I think that "original subject (none)" it's a clue. Only with (none) subject are rejected,. The rest are OK

It means we never got it. They told us who the email was from and who it was to, but when giving us the DATA portion of the email we never got the full transmission. They are not being rejected, we just don't get the full message.

This is not something that is easily diagnosed on the forums. You should consider calling in so we can perform a packet capture and analyse the traffic to determine where the breakdown is.

I don't know, we have abort message from one domain and with one user of ours.

    jhon@xxx.com.ar to peter@test.com.ar (abort message)

    adam@xxx.com.ar to peter@test.com.ar  (abort message)

    adam@xxx.com.ar to luis@test.com.ar (allow message)

I call to support and they said that the problem is with the sender, because te sesion timeout was to short. I check this and the sender have everything correct.

Any ideas what kind of test may I perform?

    Thx!

I spoke to support they told me they need a packet capture done.

    - The wierd thing is that I get emails sometimes, and other times I dont. Also, some users on that domain are able to send to us others arent. The exact same attachment.

The packet capture is essential to diagnose this.   I think you will see a session time out, or a missing ack for a packet.  You may need to talk to your firewall about diagnostics at that point.

In brightmail v8.02, I have same problem.

And I just upgrade to v9.52, im still find some "abort message" in audit log.

The poor thing is that the log level is set to "information level", according to "abort message" time, I can't find the related log.

    It is really wierd thing.
