Hi All,

We have to reinstall Symantec antivirus server and all machie clients from starting please share any easiest way to install and configure Symantec in my network.

Note : We are not using Active directory but everyone is connected in LAN. I am giving yoy this kind of info if you required.

Here In my network actiually some of clients are syncing with server and mostly client are disble and inactive mode that is why I thought to reinstall server from starting.

You can try to change sylink.xml disble and inactive mode client.

How many client showing disble and inactive mode ?

Most of the clients are shoing disbaled mode.

Can you tell me that how do I update all clients from server.

No, We cann't take remote control,You need to contact symantec support.

I am not saying james that you take remote control.

I am just asking about Symantec console feature where we can implement,configure,monitor of Symantec from anywhere in Lan computer.

Open a brower and navigate to http://yourSEPMhostname:9090 and either access via the web browser or download the remote console.

If I want to reinstall symantec manager in another machine and unistall earlier once then how new symantec manger will send update and will be connect to all symantec client as they already installed in client machines.

You need to deploy new sylink file.. So that they can communicate with new manager
