about license for vmware esx

HI,I have a vmware esx,there are 4 guest vm os (2 sqlserver+1 oracle server,1 windows )in the esx server.

I want to restore whole guest os ,databases, files/folders, and even granular objects....

I must buy 1*be server+1*vmware&hypver-v agent+1*windows agent+3 application,right?

1 license for VMware & Hyper-V for the ESX host

3 Agents for Applications & DBs for SQL & Oracle

1 Windows VM will not require any RAWS license as it is already included in 1 license for VMware & Hyper-V for the ESX host
