about the OU in SEPM

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Today in DC, i transfer one user from ICT OU to Test OU. Then I want to sychronize the OU in the SEP Manager. Is there any way for me to sychronize by hand immediately or Does the system sychronize it automatically?
if the system sychronizes it automatically, how could i know where to find the sychronize settings?

You can only sync by right
You can only sync by right clicking on the AD group where the machine appears and select "sync now".

In directory server you can configure Synch schedule check the image in the link above.
