You would need to login to either Symantec FileConnect or the Platinum portal.  I don't think the links for upgrades are publically available.

Before you begin, you must acquire a Serial number from the Symantec Customer Care team or by accessing the Symantec Licensing Portal: https://licensing.symantec.com . Its a 10 digit number and it starts with M.

Once you have the correct Serial number, follow these steps:
    1. Navigate to the Symantec Fileconnect website: https://fileconnect.com
    2. Click the link for the desired language.
    3. Enter your Serial number and click the Enter button.
    4. Read the End User License Agreement and then click I Agree.
    5. Select the language of the product that you wish to download. (i.e. ... - International English)
    6. Enable the desired 'Download Method' (Http Download or Managed Download) and then click Select.
    7. Select the file to download, and then click the Begin Downloading button. The 'File Download' dialog box appears.
    8. Click Save. The 'Save As' dialog box appears.
    9. Choose a Save In: location such as your Windows Desktop, and then click Save.

Note: After downloading a .zip file, you must extract this file before it can be used. It is suggested that you first create a folder to hold the extracted files, right-click the .zip file, and then click Extract All to point the extraction process to this folder.

Actually, you need to upgrade to MR4, then upgrade to MR4MP2. So, I would suggest you to download both the CD's

    Best,

Next, you need to unzip the CD, Stop the service for SEPM. Run the Setup from the CD, and Click on Install Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager. That will upgrade your SEPM. Once the installation wizard finishes, you will see a Management Server Upgrade Wizard, which will upgrade database schema.

If you have replication setup, make sure that you stop the resplication prior to the upgrade process.

Use this process to upgrade from MR3 TO MR4. Then, confirm that you are able to login to SEPM. After that, repeat the same process for upgrading from MR4 to MR4MP2
