about sepm policies

This issue has been solved. See solution.
we have a requirement that policies should apply based on the condition...
where the condition is whenever user is in office usb drives must be blocked...whenever they are at home usb drives must not be blocked....
is it possible...? please help me...

You can set this up using location awareness. Below is a doc that shows how to set this up but it uses the example of different LiveUpdate policies. In your case you would just substitute the LiveUpdate policy bits for your Application and Device Control policies.
