Patch Management Solution

Hi,

Recently, Microsoft has update its Windows Update Agent to version 7.6.7600.256 due to the problem with the "TheFlam" trojan.

As this isn't an update (i.e. not a bulletin, not a patch) but it is triggered by accesing Windows Update directly I would like to know how to manage it using Patch Management.

Must I download this update manually and apply it to computers using some kind of software delivery?

Software update or installer that is not included to official bulletins cannot be rolled out using Patch Management Solution.
You may try to use Software Management Solution in order to deliver and install software on clients (http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC3918)
