Hi all,

we have a single Exchange 2003 server installation with a reverse proxy we use to access OWA from Internet.

When you configure shortcuts on EV policy the http link used to access the archived email is the CNAME dns record defined in the local zone. This works fine for internal users but if you connect from internet you cannot access any archived email since you cannot resolve an internal dns name.

Is there a way to configure EV shortcuts to let users access archived emails both from internal network and from Internet?

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
