I installed SE 5.3 on a w2003 server, and tried to install a remote agent from that server to another W2003 server, but I get "Access Denied" although I have admin rights.

Then I installed the agent locally on the remote server using command lines, but when I add it under "Preferred computers..." it still says "Access Denied.
