This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi,

 

I have a new problem, one more :).

I have the error code E0001682 and the description are "access denied". this error are at the retoration of list or item Sharepoint.

Where does the problem? And how I can solved it?

I don't try to redirect a sharepoint content. I restore directly in the Sharepoint website. And the backup works correctly.

I have news of my problem.

The message access denied appears, but the restoration of items was success.

...that's good news, but make sure that your media server is fully patched. If you're not running BE 2010 R3, install that using the same license keys you already have. Download SP1 for BE 2010 R3, install it, and then run LiveUpdate to download the 1 patch released since then.

Then push-install to any remote servers you might have. You can then try a restore again and see if your Access Denied error disappears too.
