I've been trying to give a user access to the Calendar page and the schedules on it.

When that user clicks on the Calendar in the menu they get immediately kicked out to the logon page for the process manager.  At that point they cannot log on again and get the message "Access denied for the user [emailaddress]".

Other accounts can log on and as soon as another account logs on and off the original account can log on again (on the same machine).

The user is a member of a group that has the ServiceDesk.Pages.Calendar permission for the menu item and ServiceDesk.Calendars.Changes for the "Scheduled Changes" schedule.

Nothing seems to be logged to tell me whats wrong.

Has anyone else seen/solved this? SD7.5.1

Right after some more digging I noticed the Schedules.Access permission.  Giving the group this permission stopped members of that group getting kicked out when they clicked on the Calendar page.

So to give a group access to the Calendar menu item and the schedule view it contains, give the group these permissions:

    ServiceDesk.Pages.Calendar

    ServiceDesk.Calendars.Changes

    Schedules.Access

Probably handy if you actually want your Change Approvers to be able to see other planned changes for example.
