Access to a device was not authorized with this edition of Backup Exec. (RALS)

I've been backing up 2 linux servers (Both Fedora 8) for several months and all was fine until very recently each time the backup job runs I get the error "Access to a device was not authorized with this edition of Backup Exec."

I've tried removing and re-adding the RALS license key, but with no luck.

The error coincided with a reboot of the servers (started the night after they were rebooted), but the service appears to be running fine and I can navigate the servers file list from the Backup exec media server.

Are there any logs I can check to help work this one out?

Thanks

Please let me know if you get this resolved, Douglas.  I'm having the exact same issue with backing up one of our 2008 Domain Controllers.  It worked for a couple of weeks, and then all of a sudden I'm getting this error message.
